Emperor Palpatine reimagined

Emperor Palpatine reimagined for contest. I wanted to re-imagine the Emperor as if Guillermo del Toro was working on the film. At first I had his eye blinded but went for a different effect of lightning damage to his head. It was fun continuing to develop my character skills with this one.
